This will truly put my ASL skills to the test seeing as that I am very mediocre at sign language.

Made my last night. I went out with L and two of our friends (who are also going out with each other) and we had a few drinks and a chat and a laugh. It was really fun, but I also bumped into a friend I haven't seen in a lot of months while we were there. The others hadn't really met him before but I invited him over and we chatted for a long while and he got on with the others too. So that was really nice

The cat and kitten are sleeping in the same room. Cat actually ate something today, even though kitten kept stalking and chasing her. It appears they may be beginning to get along. The sad thing is the kitten LOVES the cat. As soon as he hears her bell he's whinging to be near her and trying to find her, and receives only hisses and growls from her. It looks like she's starting to come around though, which is a huge relief.

Aww little poor thing  I hope cat loves him back soon.

Kitten comes to me voluntarily now. And he sits on my leg and I scratch his ears and he rolls over for tummy tickles. It's so damn cute. Plus, he only comes to me so I feel all selfish and good about it. Sometimes when we're playing hide and seek, he meows if he can't see me, then runs over when I pop my head up

Does he have a name? And give him a tickle from me

The other day I was tiding up my room - drawers, wardrobe, cases, etc - and found a Motorhead patch I thought I have lost. This was a gift from a friend from US.

Yesterday, I noticed the photo Ive bought from her had unglued  from the cardboard frame handmade by her. Which made me think about her. Today I opened my Failbook at work, which I rarely do (once in a month?), and there were 2 messages waiting for me. As I was expecting to receive a message confirming tomorrow's meeting for the tag rugby program we want to introduce in schools here, I opened to check it. For my surprise there was no message from people involved, but one message from her telling she is sorry for not being online so often on skype and not getting in touch very much these days, and asked when we can chat on skype. 

It is a shame my visa was rejected and I may not see her in a near future.

I played Seamy the song I wrote and posted up here a while ago, about when I thought I'd missed my period and had a bit of a dopey girly daydream about having his baby and things. He really likes it I was super-nervous, and it was totally embarrassing - I just pressed play on my laptop and then lay face-down on the bed so I didn't have to look at him xD - but I'm glad he likes it and wasn't like WHUUUUT?!?! And he gave me nice cuddles afterwards and agreed not to talk about it xD

It totally sucked to say bye to the boy today, but we had a great weekend and so forth. And he helped me apply to his camp up in the park. If I get in to the same camp we'll live together all summer.  Otherwise we'll just visit a lot, which is cool too.
