@Syl: Thank you. Isn't bad for a fourty years old lass, eh?

Another day maker, i took my mom to the shopping mall by car.

Apparently i'm getting better at driving. Nobody blew a horn or shouted at me ;D And a big YAY for parking the car properly, without doing any harm to mine or others'.

facebook is like the worst book I've ever read. the characters do not evolve one bit and the plot is going nowhere.

ooooh this was a total day maker, days ago, but i'm only posting it now...
basically, in berlin i "came out" to amanda.
she was holding a uke so i told her "you know what? i fucking hate the ukulele!"
and she was like "you fucking bitch!"
but i went on to explain how dedicated i was, loving her even if she loves the uke...
so she agreed to that...  ;D
Honesty is important.....   :)

...even if it might not always be what one wants to hear.    :-\

We must see these pants in order to verify their awesomeness.

Same as the ones this guy is wearing, only black and white instead of blue and white, and normal tight jeans instead of having weird knee patches. I've wanted pants like these since I saw some in a video about two years ago, but I've only ever been able to find them online for like $100+, and fuck that. A local chain store started selling them way cheaper, though, so I got a pair. Will post actual pics of the actual pants in the context of my wardrobe, er, some time.

hahaha, I had a pair of those when I was a little kid...like 7 or 8 years old. Obviously ahead of my time.

Haha, awesome. Little kids get all the best clothes, like those creepy little party dresses I can never fit into.

Really? It makes me want to run a comb backwards through mine ;D

EDIT: I was freezing cold today and all of my pretty clothes weren't warm enough, so I went through my wardrobe and found this thick, black, woollen trench coat I think I bought like a year or more ago and have never worn. One of the buttons around the waist was missing, so I harvested the one from the very top (which I'd never close anyway) and sewed it on to the waist. New coat! Warm AND awesome.

turned in a resume today, sent off a card to my father, and took a long walk.

I also fell down and have blood soaking through a bandage as I type, but all in all a pretty decent day. I also learned a couple cover songs, hung out with some friends, and found out about an awesome dance-fun tomorrow. I've got dancey plans for the next four nights. My knee is going to bleed ever so much.  :love5:

That was my dad's reaction (not that you're like my dad or nothin'). I said I hurt my knee and he said "NOT THE BEES!"
They're like a family treasure now.

But no, I didn't. The bees are actually placed in spots harder to get to by doing the whole clumsy Mali thing. The ouchie oozed all day. Ew.

I just had a decent shower.
This is day making because I've been away the last few days for work, and the shower at the hotel was shit, and I was exhausted.
