i was more upset when the books were done, i thought the best part of the books is that they came out the same year i was harry's age, EVERY year!! so it was like i was really growing up with them lol...but the movies? they're just trying to make MORE money which just kinda ruined it for me...that and i dont like the 3 people they chose for the main characters (not as in people wise, i obviously dont know them, but as far as acting and whatnot)
i wished this as i read them - that i was Harry's age.
but there were good books to read when i was Harry's and your age.
my nephew is a year younger,
and thinks it's cool that Harry is 'his' age
i always read the book before seeing the movie.
{unless the book is written after i see the movie ; - }
another reason is i get to visualize everything in my head,
and then the movie gives me a second set of images.
doesn't work the other way around for me
c'mon, the epilogue to Deathly Hallows,
set us up for the the next generation
to have their own adventures.
i don't know if J.K.Rowling has enough legal control
to prevent this.
or if she would want to
