Emilia's in surgery. Like, right now. They weren't planning to do the surgery yet, but this morning they called. They said she's getting sicker, and they're not sure why I guess, but they wanted to do the surgery as soon as they could. It's been two hours, and I wish Ben was here because I'm totally freaking out.

Call your mum and tell her you need her. Are you at the hospital?

I am at the hospital, and they said they finished the surgery about twelve hours ago but they won't let me go see her yet. I tried to call my mom a few times, but she hasn't been answering her phone. Hopefully she's missing the calls and not just ignoring me again.

I am hoping that by now you have been in to see her. You and she are most definitely in my thoughts.

I got to see her a little while ago. She looked different from when I had last seen her, so when I saw her today I was kinda like, "Whoa, is that really her?!"
They've got like a big, white bubble thing around her tummy, and I haven't actually looked under it yet, but it seems kinda scary.

Unsure whether or not to go to a surprise birthday party next week for someone I'm only kind of friends with. I was invited ages ago but am still undecided. It would be nice to catch up with people again but I haven't seen her in a while, I fail with social things like that, and she has two dogs that scare me.

me too. for several reasons. a) they're really not the who anymore. no keith moon, no john entwistle, boooo. b) THEY ARE SO OLD. whatever happened to "hope i die before i get old"? not that i'm saying i want them dead, but y'know. c) they just really didn't sound great. and pete towshend showed his gut off whenever he did his signature windwill strum.
