I got an acceptance letter from a university I auditioned for awhile back yesterday. But today I got an email saying that I wasn't accepted. I'm so fucking confused. And the goddamn school office is closed. I left a message, I hope they call me back. Oh my god, I hope they call me back.  :'(

I'm in a situation where it's hard for me to forgive and forget, but, from personal experience, I can say this much.  You need to forgive to be able to let go.  That does not, however, mean her behavior is excused, or that you want to have any form of communication with her at all from this point on, or that it fixes everything magically.  But letting it go is certainly healthy. 

If I were you, I would tell her thanks, you appreciate that she's attempting to rectify the situation, but too much damage has been done for you to comfortably carry on any kind of contact or friendship with her anymore.  But, you can let it go, so she can let it go.  Make sense? 

That does make sense. Although, she's not a friend of mine, she was my boyfriend's friend. And in her mind I was standing in her way of being with him, so she tried - in as many ways as possible - to send me rude or harassing messages stating that I should stay away from him, he's not my boyfriend, "blocking me won't make me go away" (that was an actual message I got), etc etc etc. I understand it's 15-year-old-obsessive-crushing where all that anger came from, hence the messages. And I'm not really trying to harbor any grudges...but it's just weird to me because she's blocked on my Facebook so she couldn't have found my my new Formspring page on there.  But I do think I will take your advice and explain that while I appreciate the apology, it doesn't excuse the internet stalking.
