you could try an herbal thing like st. john's wort. that's what i take when i'm having issues, i take it as i need it too. so if i'm having a good day i dont take it, but if i do need it this is what i do: if i'm having a lot of bad days in a row i'll take 2 in the morning (after food because otherwise i get an upset stomach, but that's not true for everyone) and 1 at night with dinner, then when i start feeling a bit better i move it to 1 in the morning 1 at night, and when i'm feeling even better just take 1 in the morning til i think i dont need it anymore....
the only downside is that it CAN mess with other medicines such as other antidepressants, some antibiotics, some birth controls pills, etc. so you'd want to look that up first if you're on other medicines....and if you dont like taking pills you can break open the capsules (or just get it as a loose leaf herb) and make it into a tea! i'm actually trying to grow my own right now.

OMG literally this JUST happened! a little baby deer fawn just ran right past our window in our front yard type area around to the other side of the house and then met up with his mommy in the back of the house behind some of our lilac bushes!!! it was so freaking cute and awkward!!! (awkward cause it looks like it's still not very good at running)
