I doing an attempt at knitting a scarf... I'm doing way too much different stuff aside from my schoolwork, and I want to do them all! And there is no time to do them all!

I think I may drop the book I'm reading (because I'm under time pressure to finish it, seeing that it's not my book. I'm about 60 pages in, and I still don't really like it, so it seems like a waste of time to read the 400 remaining pages). But if I drop this book, I'll still read something different, because I have three more (and a 4th one ordered) books waiting for me that I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to read. So this doesn't really solve my time issue at all.

Knitting is so much fun, especially in winters
Last winter i knitted a huuuge shawl for myself, it's nearly as large as a blanket. It was fun knitting it, it kept my hands and knees warm. And it's so soft and nice that i always wear it now.

But i'm not good at knittings with models. For example i could not finish the waistcoat i started knitting for my nephew, such things bore me

^ AGREED! Knitting is SO much fun. I was knitting a circle scarf, and I have like another square and a half and I'm done but I stopped. And I want to go knit myself a beard, so... we'll see how that goes. I know I'll eventually knit it, but I don't know when.


Also, I'm listening to Evelyn Evelyn and I SWEAR I remember them singing "Is she studying Kabala? Or smoking marijuana?" in Have You Seen My Sister Evelyn. I SWEAR to god, I heard it on the CD I bought. But now that I'm listening to it, it's not there anymore. What the fuck? Was I hallucinating?

Also, I'm listening to Evelyn Evelyn and I SWEAR I remember them singing "Is she studying Kabala? Or smoking marijuana?" in Have You Seen My Sister Evelyn. I SWEAR to god, I heard it on the CD I bought. But now that I'm listening to it, it's not there anymore. What the fuck? Was I hallucinating?

I once could have sworn I came up with some really awesome lyrics, but they were just the words to a Paolo Nuttini song I could hear. The brain does silly things.

i think i've seen knitted beards somewhere... i'm pretty sure they were knitted as a beanie and beard together, to make a balaclava-type thing (or even 'beardaclava' lol) . it would look awesome though!

eee, leaving for a job interview in 40minutes. Even though I already know I'm probably not going to get the job (this is the 2nd round and I didn't do very well in the first) I'm suddenly very nervous. Good thing I haven't had any coffee yet.

Tomorrow, we're doing a 2 day Charity Crusade at work, raising money to expand the secondary school in Mannya, which is the Ugandan village that we sponsor/raise money to give a better quality of life and teach them things to make themselves sustainable, and I've painted a T-shirt, and I'm going to also paint my face.
As the store manager, I want to get a really good ration of Charity sales so that I can hopefully go and visit Mannya.
