I hate this feeling I have every time I see this girl (friend? ex-friend? former crush? something on the lines of "i would have sex with you and be kind and good l but I wouldnt have a relationship"?). It is a mix of happiness with some sadness. I wouldnt call it malancolle, nor nostalgia. So I really dont know what is it.  Last time I saw her I kind felt (or fell?) bad, actually.

Young Ladies,
Suppose you are descending the stairs in a public parking deck...  Further, suppose you are wearing
a short, loose-fitting skirt.... Expanding the hypothetical even further, imagine there's a guy twice
your age coming up the stairs from a lower level, and he looks up just in time to get the full show of
your lace-clad undercarriage...  DO NOT SMILE IN A FLIRTY MANNER at this man.  I   He does not
need encouragement for even accidental creeper-behaviour.

Thank you.

Best advice ever xD
[fixed]

Maybe she didn't mean it flirtily and hadn't noticed you being a mahoosive perv? I smile at people all the time, regardless of whether I think they saw my knickers or not. And they probably didn't, because I live in Belfast where the order of the day is more jeans, sensible boots and woolly jumpers than short flippy skirts.

Yes she did.

...also, accidental perving is like breathing - it just happens, and everybody does it. no use beating yourself up over it.   :glasses9:
This is true, and all things considered I think it was good in the same way that finding
a quarter on the sidewalk is good.  Certainly not beating myself OFF (as long as I don't
catch myself peeping hopefully up stairwells in the future...  >:( )
corrected for accuracy......

I don't know if I should take that sort of sarcasm from a guy who lurks about in a black trenchcoat
(or the reenactment society equivalent)....

...and probably spends hours at a time leering at the ascending & descending glass elevator at the Apple Store (Regent Street...)

I'll probably be Losnotcing on next saturday, so i guess i'll give it a chance.

And as for whether it looks promising, well last year was a disaster with the boybands, Blue and Jedward.

Though i haven't been able to watch the semi-finals today, i really don't think it can be any worse than last year  :)

What's much better than Eurovision itself is that exchanging comments & jokes about the contestants on FB, twitter, etc.

I've given up on the musical side of the ESC years ago - I do appreciate the entertainment value, though.

We'll have a few friends come over for food and especially drinks and enjoy the sheer tackiness of it.

I just had a minor heart attack when I realised it's only 3 more weeks until I have to present my final project for my Master's degree. Which means there's only 2 more weeks left to FINISH ALL THE THINGS! (as I have an exam 2 days before presentation day, for which I have to study a couple of days before). FML.

I have a secret love for Jedward, I think they're really the most eurovision thing we've put forward in years. Miles better than the fake turkey we had like 3 or 4 years ago. Yeah, Ireland has issues.

I personally think your country can do far better than that.

I hate when T.V series' completely fuck up an ending, which makes me not want to watch the next season.
The Almighty Johnsons (a fairly decent Kiwi show) just ended it's second season, and while it made sense, it totally went off in a different direction to where the previous episodes went, so it was a total WTF ending, but not in a good way.
I just don't know if I'll want to watch another season, and I rather enjoy it most of the time.
Stupid gods.

The Turkey (Dustin) hosted a kids show for like 10 years so we were 'reviving' him. Some things should be left dead

Yeah absolutely  :) I think Eurovision fashionable songs & singers do not score too much points since 2004-2005.
I guess people these days seek for different cultural colors / music types rather than usual boring Eurovision songs. Ireland would hit the score charts if some original musician/band like Enya, Damien Rice or the Corrs respresented them.

I like our song, but i hate the choreography. I don't think such dancers and choreographies are necessary at all. My wholetime fav among the Turkish contestants is Athena which is a skalonga band.

Thank you, it is indeed a picture of me. The full picture shows me holding a basket with freshly harvested potatoes in one hand and holding on to a pitchfork (partially visible in the avatar picture) with the other. It would seem that I was quite fond of farming at that age.  :)
