I've never had it, due to a combination of things like not eating beef for years and not wanting to try anything spicy when I was younger. I've only just started eating mustard, along with my first ham sandwich a few weeks ago xD What's it like?
Well for starters, it's related to mustard (the plant, which gives us the seeds, which we grind
and prepare into delicious yellow/white/brown sauce), as well as broccoli and cauliflower.... or was it cabbage?
Second, it IS hot - like, spicy hot, sorta like hot mustard,. but really unlike anything else in the world.
....and while I generally DO serve it on beefy meat food, I see no reason why it mightn't be used to
add a bit of zip to a veggie dish... HEY FROGGIE! HOW DO I DO THAT?
