I seriously think I'm in the minority among my friends on Facebook when it comes to the purse thing.

I understand any awareness is good, and that it's meant to be fun, but reading on how it was designed to keep men guessing ... it's just kind of "Um, what?"

One of my friends husbands wrote a status that said "I like it on the... wait, no that's BS. If you want to help, post this [link to breast cancer awareness site], and stop talking about your damn purses."
I love him. That's why I'm painting him and his lovely wife in a picture where we are fighting an armored bear at a county fair. <3

Someone messaged me on there to post one, and I was like "but under the chair at the table in the corner...? I'm not THAT flexible." So I decided not to post anything about it at all because my mom and my dad and three of my uncles and one of my aunts and a few of my cousins and like 30 members of my fiancé's family are friends with me on there and I'd rather them not be confused about my sexual desires versus where the hell my purse is. And I especially don't want them considering how flexible I may or may not be. One of them is twelve. That's just gross.

So far this week, I have agreed to organise a ski trip in January (never been skiing before in my life), arranged to do a monopoly-board pub crawl followed by playing 'Mornington Crescent' irl, and placed various bets on various sporting events with various random people. This all with people I didn't know before Tuesday.

On different note, I'm glad it's nice out for a change. It was cloudy and grey yesterday then it got sunny. Now it's sunny today and hopefully will stay that way for the weekend. I still have to buy my mom something for her birthday party. There's this really cute owl apron at Anthropologie, it's like 38 dollars though and my mom rarely cooks unless she's making quiche, apple crisp, or shepard's pie.

The guitarist in KT's touring band is very cute (and, I'm told, a musician of some note in her own right)...

i was supposed to meet up with a friend of mine tonight (after hanging out with bestie) and i texted him asking where he was so i could join him, but i never got an answer.
thought he must have gone home already (he lives like, 25 km's away) but then i go home and don't find him on msn nor fb (and he's ALWAYS online).
now it's 1am so i can't call him but god, what if something happened to him

My mom and I have been having a lot of cool mother-daughter time lately, talking about colleges and stuff. We've gone to get coffee and stuff too in the last few days. I like when my mom and I are best friends.
