i purchased mine but i couldn't afford to have them sent to me via courrier so i chose to pick them up on gig night at the box office. hopefully i won;t have any trouble doing that

yes! Amanda has never come here and i'd already planned to see her in the past in other countries but at the last minute my plans had to be canceled. i'm hoping this is my lucky time.

have you gotten your tickets already?i'm picking up mine at the box office at the day of the concert. any idea if it's open during the day or will i have to queue just before the doors open?

did you buy them directly from arena?

they do have a ticket office which is open during the day:

Presale-tickets can also be purchased at the Arena office in the administration-building, the one with the „Verwaltung“ sign, from Monday to Friday, 11am - 5pm. A maximum of 4 tickets are sold per event and purchaser. ATTENTION: Cash only, no bank - or credit-card payment possible!

I have no experience in picking up pre-ordered tickets there, though...

i pre-ordered them from the link amanda had on her website and it gave me the options to send them to me via courrier which was ridicoulously expensive, pick them up from the company's selling points, which i thought could be a bit risky since i'm arriving in Vienna at teh day of the show, or finally to pick them up on the venue (the arena). i hope the venue opens way earlier in order to get my tickets have a little walk through teh city, and return later to queue for my spot
