boo on living a relatively expensive train ride away so no prelim meeting for me, probably.
however, if we're definitely set on the bubbles then i can make sure we get some party bubbles.
I got around 70 last time which meant buying out more or less the entire supply of the only place in Cambridge I know of where they're available. I fly back to Cambridge tomorrow night so I can check bubble availability Wed or Thurs and recent Uni work constraints keeping me at home instead of out partying mean that I don't (or rather my bank account doesn't) mind getting them and dragging them to London. I was going to aim for 100 this time (unless someone thinks that's too little/insanely too many - feedback would be appreciated before I enlist the help of ebay to satisfy bubble demand).
Ideally, I'd LOVE to have the time to decorate proper paper sleeves for them, but as things are going we might have to go with sticky labels that have pretty messages on them. I suppose if I'm sticking labels on, the "no bubbles during the performance" could hopefully be communicated that way so it would be less of a matter of distributing them outside which in turn could mean that more might be in order (I'm ALSO pretty sure I remember the Electric Ballroom as being smaller than it actually is...yeeek).
I've sort of lost my train of thought because I haven't slept in something stupid like 41 hours, so I'm going to go pack my suitcase now and return to this when I am more coherent.
