Fantasy Collaborations
« on: November 14, 2008, 11:22:42 PM »

Do you ever find yourself making up fantasy collaborations in your mind that you wish existed? ie: musician/music video director, musician/songwriter, movie director/screenwriter, musician/musician, writer/illustrator, person/photographer...

I was thinking it would be cool if Amanda or the Dresden Dolls had a video directed by Michel Gondry.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to put this, I always feel as though I'll be burned at the stake if I start a thread in the wrong place.

AFP and Sarah Fimm should have an old fashioned angry piano duel.

God, that would be like sex. Piano, Drums, Harp, and thrashy-crashy electric guitar goodness.

Bootsy Collins on quitar.
Brian Viglione on drums.
M.I.A. and Martina Topley-Bird, singers.

MIA is utterly terrible.

Tegan and Sara and Regina Spektor

Nick Cave and Tom Waits.

Amanda Palmer and Robert Smith.

Neil Gaiman and Terry Gilliam.

(This almost happened with the script adaptation of Good Omens but any work would do)
