A tank top is that douchie sleveless shirt that guidos steal from their sisters and wear to go clubbing.

An under shirt (sleveless or otherwise) is NEVER a vest.

A vest is worn over a shirt and under a jacket as part of a 3 piece suit, or by girls and hipsters over a shirt without a jacket.

A jumper is a sleveless dress worn over a shirt such as in a little girl's school uniform.  I should know, my daughter has a bunch of them.

This concludes the fashion portion of our show.

A tank-top is a sleeveless JUMPER, usually knitted in some garish pattern - see 1940s school-boys.
What you called a jumper seems to be, in fact, a pinafore or pinny.

Sylly, my cheeks are only that red when I get excited/stay up past my bedtime/am drunk/am hot. So sexytymez in Italy seems a surefire way of getting them to gloooow xD
