i have my appointment made. im getting the heartplane tattoo on the inside of my left forearm on wednesday.
im a little bit nervous, i guess. my family is going to be pissed that im getting it on my arm.
*shrug*
opinions?
i got one on my left forearm in january. my parents still sigh whenever they see my arm and people constantly ask what it means. in terms of the heartplane, i would just prepare to answer the question of "what is that?" forever. |

I want a load of tattoos the incorporate lyrics into them, so I've resigned myself to a life of being read wherever I go. I'm also preparing to be constantly asked, "What's that mean? Where's that from?" and variations. |

thanks guys. i already get asked a BILLION times about my tats - "OOH, why did you get that?" "what does it mean?", etc. but the really bad thing is my piercings. i hear "Did that hurt [insert idiotic pointing to where ever my piercing is that they're asking about]?" if i get asked about the heartplane im just going to say what amanda described it as (because i think its wonderful): i think she said something like "the battling spirit of love and art", or something like that. its in one of her blog posts, i know. the more i think about getting the heartplane in ink, the more excited i get  will post pictures asap. |

I want tattoo'd sooooooo baaaaaaaaad but my life ambition is to be an actress in theatre. It's going to be hard and competitive enough without being ruled out because of tattoos. I also opted (after A LOT of thinking and convincing myself it wasn't worth it) to not get my lip pierced because of this.  But it would be so worth it if I got my dream  |
