It was just suggested on the Coachella Board that you play there solo this year.  As you probably can guess, I support this suggestion 100%. 

After the show, I can ride you back to my house on my handlebars.  You can sleep on my couch and play in my living room the following night.

That's not too creepy, is it?

Katie? Katie is/was a tour manager.
Emily White/Whitesmith Ent. is Amanda's current management.

and i believe that Emily White managed the d.dolls for a long time,
before she went to work for Live Nation

No, she didn't (though in many cases she certainly stepped up like she was).
She did work at Madison House, but wasn't ever their manager.
