Check it. I'm pretty sure the "rocking" isn't as fleeting as they imply and that she will indeed continue to rock tomorrow...

I saw this, and immediately thought "Sure they rock, but I bet Amanda P isn't on the list."

My opinion of said List improved immediately when I clicked and saw Beth Ditto of The Gossip at #10. Check it out and you'll see another familiar face or two. (Hey, why isn't there a rock-chick emoticon here?)

Why are Jenny Lewis, Regina Spektor and Amanda Palmer only 4, 5 and 6? They are all 100 times better than Lily Allen and Amy Winehouse. They should be 1, 2 and 3 with Karen O at 4.

i don't understand how they rate people because they are all in different little mini genres of the rock genre so they all have completely different sounds or angles of music. They are all good in their own way. I wouldn't be able to rate them that way unless I was comparing them to like a specific type of music as like rating two women for pop reggae etc.

i think that author likes alliteration. or thinks Amanda deserves it. in my opinion she's number one and WAY better than Lily Allen, but at least they put her in the top 10.

Well i think amanda should be number one and i think courtney love should be on there...ok i don't know some of you might hate her or think she killed kurt cobain but I think she rocks....and she is at the moment cause she's making an album.

I don't think lilly allen or regina spector rock...i think they make good music but i think saying they rock is debatable....i mean these days pop is virtually a taboo word....they are a bit more pop..

I'd also put the robots in disguise on there....ok they are electro but if regina spector is on there they rock too....(i'm not makeing fun of regina spector i like her she has a wonderful voice.

I'm happy that they got Amanda into the top ten, but she definitely should've been #1. She truly does rock harder than anyone on that list (except perhaps Beth Ditto, who should have been higher up also).
