I never thought that it was somehow extra safe. This actually started when I was new to the box. I was just as afraid of the box as I would be of anywhere else on the internet, if not more, especially considering how people here talk sometimes. I just figured that someone I was told by other people who were trustworthy wasn't a bad person would actually be okay.

It's too late for me to be talking about this like this. But rest assured that while I wasn't the smartest person ever when this was happening, it was never because I thought no one from the shadowbox would ever hurt me.

I wasn't talking about you, Audrey, just a general warning to all. I know you don't automatically trust everyone, and it makes it all the more important that people be warned because there gullible people hanging around here and if it can happen to you, it can happen to them 10 times over.
