dying my hair red again sometime tonight...

Redheads rule  :D i miss my hair in red a lot.

But i got so bored of dying it over and over, so i haven't dye them for a year, and got it permed 4 months ago. Now it has a rather natural wave and i like it.
I got it blow dried yesterday and have seen it has grown a lot, nearly 3 inches and i like how it seems  :) Perm is easy to shape, you don't need to damage your hair with straighteners or curvers. I only apply some hair gel and dry it in warm setting. So it grows quite healthy.

The first thing I'm going to do when I get my student card is go get the back of my head shaved again.
Student price at last (Yeah, it's still only 10 euro but you know, unemployed)

Here's kind of an odd question. How can I make my hair look like I never wash it, without NOT washing it? I'm kind of going for a Danse Society sort of thing, and I'm cursed with wonderful hair that never gets tangled and is always soft and manageable.

Backcombing and hairspray?
My hair sounds like it's the same kind of quality as yours, no matter what I do with it, it ends up looking like it did before I started. But I found a good hairspray that means it doesn't go quite as flat as it usually does and keeps most of the effect I wanted. So, really, good hairspray.

hair gel, also.  anything that gives it that wet look without being floppy at the same time.  also try an overabundance of conditioner, but that might just make it even more soft and manageable.

Teasing/back-combing it a wee bit wont do any harm, either.
Well, maybe to your hair, but not to the look. ;D

In related news, I fixed my death hawk! Unfortunately, I can't seem to find the time to tease and spray it all up in the mornings.

Dry shampoo and some pomade and some serious teasing of the hair!

Best things ever ^

I'm also considering just scalping the guy from Tokio Hotel and wearing his hair as a wig. I'm no fan of the music but my god that hair.

Yeah, I guess I've been forgetting to tease the base properly, so I wasn't getting any volume out of it. I rocked the Robert Smith for a few months, and now I'm going back to play with some variations. I'm slowly perfecting a style and will get it cut to match. Need to be careful so it doesn't just become a mullet-hawk thing.

The dreadful mullet hawk. I had one of those for awhile because I got a mohawk and never kept up with cutting and trimming it.

I'm afraid I've been guilty of mullet-hawking on days where I havent had time to tease properly but have still tried. Sometimes I can pass it off as a voluminised ponytail, but not always.
