True enough. And I'm a little more poetic? :)

How much does personality shine through in letters? I can't wait to get yours. Interested to see what Fergus makes of mine too.

You're ISTJ? We're almost total opposites, as I'm INFP, almost an ENFP. I know we have radically different outlooks, but still...

INFP here, too...apparently.

You have much faith in university post. Usually, it's okay, but sometimes mysterious delays occur...

I'll get round to writing a reply before Wednesday hopefully :)

...ah, but we're quite different, Caddy. I think. You certainly *seem* different to me anyhow. Although I like you too

I'm proof that those tests give generalized questions that result in generalized answers, and can mean anything.  Really, it lets you perpetuate the image you want people to see.  Now, let somebody else who knows you take that test for you, and the real results might be somewhere between theirs and yours.

Either way, I'm not a bad person.  I'm very, very cuddly with the people I love and care about.  *purrrrrrrr*

The key is to answer what you do...not what you want to do.

For instance, I work better under deadlines, but never set them for myself.  My first instict is to answer that I prefer to work with the, the reality is that if I did, I would set them.  Therefore, my answer must be that I don't prefer to work with deadlines.

The key is to not allow a bunch of personality tests define your personality.  =D

Exactly! Online tests are always fun, but usually highly inaccurate. As you said, we project who we want to be.

Would you like, maybe, I convert to the religion of ISTJism?

Yes please :)

Speaking of winter, I've been sitting on this sofa since...about midnight, with no heater and no coat...pretty cold, and not having moved an inch can't have helped...I get like that when I'm really busy, just don't move at all...and now it's 5 am!

When I first got the books for D&D 4e, I didn't move for 24 hours, literally. Stayed in the same chair, in the same place, at the kitchen table, just reading the books really carefully and then trying to make a character....I left an indent in that chair...

God I'm so cold...and so tired....I've been up for 21 hours....urrrrrrgh....
