Red Wine and Lemon Cake

I desperately want to be able to play this song on the Ukulele, but I've only just started learning so figuring this out is near impossible.

There are a couple of videos on YouTube which may be able to assist someone with the know-how (as below) so if anyone is able to put something together then that would be amazing.

This has been raised before, but I'm not sure if we got anywhere with the ukulele chords (?) Would rather a plucking option as opposed to a strumming option, but am open to anything at this stage!!!

Hello all.

Not very long ago at all I was looking for help playing the piano part for bad wine and lemon cake. This was the only place on the entire interwebs I found that helped me out. So now I've got another request, for any and all who may be able to help. The song is "Made Your Mark", it's just gorgeous, and it's not even Amanda Palmer, but it is the Jane Austen Argument, so, y'know, they're like cousins or something. I've got the basic repeated riff sounded out; it's mainly the chords underneath that are harder for me to figure. Thank you much indeed.
