I did a quick search and nothing came up, but if I remember correctly, we had a thread like this on the old 'box. It;s fun to find out what and whom people go to see, and also to get opinions on performances, which is why I've made another one.


Anyone going to the Andrew Bird/A Hawk and A Hacksaw show tonight in Ann Arbor, MI?

Also, World/Inferno Friendship society are playing the Crofoot tomorrow night, and Jason Webley is play the Trumbullplex on the 10th.

Last real show was Amanda Palmer in Utrecht.

Last show I attended was a local band contest where two friends of mine competed with other bands. They lost, but their music was okay.

The band that ended the show (previous winners of the contest) were amazing. Metal and rap combined, with three rappers who just did their thing, one of those rappers could scream and grunt really well. And it was just a really cool combination!

the last one i went to was amanda palmer on december 6th.

the next one will be nine inch nails on may 26th.

got a pretty good concert calendar coming up over the next few months.

april 21 - world/inferno friendship society
april 25 - voltaire
may 3 - horrorpops
may 11 - lez zeppelin (all-female led zeppelin tribute band)
june 9 and 12 - jane's addiction and nine inch nails

then in october...metallica! haha.
