Not really a "show" in the current usage here, but the Rush documentary,
Beyond The Lighted Stage was excellent.  The theatric release is very limited,
but I think it's going to be out on DVD.

It only played two showings here...  a few more in Virginia Beach.

dude, I'm in the Detroit area, which was either the 1st or 2nd US city where Rush broke big. Outside of those 3-week tours they used to do in the late '70/early '80s to test out new songs before recording them, they've never skipped us before. :(

CaffCassadie: yay! I've been a fan forever, but have never gotten to see them; maybe this'll finally be my year, too.

fuuuuck haven't been to a concert for a while, and i have no exciting concert planned in the near future.

there's charlotte gainsbourg for FREEEEEE in turin, but it's like, 2 hours and a half away and i'm not sure if she's worth it. i mean, i love her to fucking death and she's gorgeous, but this is a free concert in a huge square, which means having to get there UBER early, and asking someone to drive all the way and pick me up after it..... i mean, i suppose her voice isn't quite as good as on record... anyone seen her live?
