I know that there are a lot of Regina Spektor fans on the 'box. There is a thread for her tour, and for Far, and a few other mentions but no all-inclusive thread.

I also know that her community is vastly different from the shadowbox and I personally have never been able to connect very much with the brumstix folk. But yeah, this is a general discussion thread for Regina.

I noticed in the Far thread some people were looking for her music. I made this list (minus covers) for my friend originally but there's no harm in sharing it here, I'm sure someone will find it useful;

Ive been trying to find something to satisfy me musically today, but my brain hasnt been working, so i was a little stuck..Now i know exactly what i want to listen to :)

no and yes

regina has a larger fanbase than amanda so the intimacy of amanda's after-show isn't really possible with regina. if you wait outside the venue long enough though she will eventually come out, sign things, and take pictures. this can take hours, though.

I just bought Begin to Hope, I got it when it first came out on CD, but got so excited and bought it when I found out they released a vinyl edition with a bonus disc. Baobabs and Bartender are amazing. As always On The Radio is amazing. As with the rest of the songs. I was so torn though whether to buy this or Far. I love Blue Lips and I was super excited to hear a studio Folding Chair. Maybe Christmas.
