I think it depends on your definition of "Holy Grail". If the thing that makes it the Holy Grail is that it has Jesus's blood traces on it, then yes that would make the spear also the grail. If the thing that makes it the Holy Grail is that it was the chalice Jesus used at the last supper, then no. Interesting thought train, though.

i don't think they used a spear to nail anyone to anything, i think they used a hammer.

this spear, even with the added fleece skin and gold bits, doesn't seem to have a lot to do with a typical roman spear.  of course, with the number of fake relics that popped up around the time this spear got interesting, i am not surprised if there are several copies available in various secret collections here and there.
