Yes. Im not sure if I should do, because english isnt my first language, so most words are not part of my daily life speech. which means would be kinda artificial for me to say how I call something I learnt by books/teachers and not because this is how we say around here.

It might be interesting to see what you're taught though, because there are so many different ways of speaking English that it'd be cool to see what kind you get taught at school. I know the European kids I met often got taught quite American English, which was strange because they're so close to England. Also, I bet you have a funky-ass accent

And by that time, we've already seen enough English shows on TV to pick up the American English. My sister didn't watch as much tv as I did, her English is more British.

I'd say so, by the age of 12, I could already make myself heard in really basic English. Most of the shows on tv, here, are in American English, though. I always got point deducted from my English speaking assignments because my accent and intonation pattern wasn't right :')
